Rohingyas stopped from going for Hajj

The performance of Hajj or pilgrimage to Makkah is a major requirement once in a lifetime for most Muslims, and yet the extremist Rakhine Buddhists are stopping Muslims to pursue this religious duty. See the report below:
At least twenty one Rohingya Haj pilgrims who were permitted by Myanmar government to go to Saudi Arabia for performing Haj have been halted by Rakhine extremists at AungNguma area while going to Sittwe for Yangon today, 8 August 2017.
According to report, 13 pilgrims from Maungdaw and 8 pilgrims from Buthidaung were allowed by district and ministry level authorities to go to Saudi Arabia from Yangon air port by flight for performing Haj.
When the pilgrims reached to AungNguma and about to get down from launch, they were halted from getting down by Rakhine mob. The pilgrims were threatened of killing and pushed them back to Buthidaung and Maungdaw.
From AungNguma area, they have again set off back for their homes in Buthidaung and Maungdaw since they were prevented from going to Yangon although the pilgrims were completely allowed by Myanmar concerned authorities.
The pilgrims have the evidences of permission issued by concerned Myanmar government authority for going to Saudi Arabia for Haj.
It proves how much the Rakhine extremists are always against the Rohingya who are also heirs of Arakan like Rakhine people. Although the Rohingya people feel like staying in coexistence with Rakhine, they are always with their hidden motive against the Rohingya.
It is a sorrowful matter for Rohingya people that the Rakhine unscrupulous and chaotic and extremists foiled the performing Haj of Rohingya pilgrims, said a Rohingya activist.
