Justice for Yazidis in the UNSC

Today the United Nations Security Council has approved a resolution put forward by the UK that will create an investigation into the war crimes committed by the Islamic State group against the Yazidi people.
For the last year, Amal Clooney has been representing Nadia Murad - a Nobel Peace Prize nominee who was captured and tortured by IS.
While I am glad to learn that the crimes of the IS will be  investigated under the auspices of the UNSC, I wonder what has prevented the same UNSC to approve any resolution to investigate more serious crimes of the Myanmar government and its Buddhist population against the Rohingya - rightly recognized as the most persecuted minority in our time! Don't they deserve the same right as the Yazidis? Is the UNSC again failing to be fair and showing its double-standards when the victims are overwhelmingly Muslims?
